M.Phil from Cambridge University, UK, and PhD from GIPE (Pune University), Dr.Veena Pailwar has around 30 years of research and teaching experience. Before joining IMT, Nagpur, she worked in various capacities with XLRI Jamshedpur, NIPFP New Delhi, NCAER, New Delhi, and NIFM Faridabad. She has published several research papers, cases, and books. Her research interests include the electric vehicle market, tourism industry, workplace diversity, cement industry, financial sector modelling, foreign capital flows, the impact of financial, fiscal, and external sector reforms, economics and business environment, and forecasting methods.

Sarbjit Singh is a faculty member in the area of quantitative techniques and operations management. He is presently holding the position of Chairperson of Research and Accreditation's. He obtained his PhD. and Masters in Inventory management of perishable products. He has a PGDBA from Symbiosis University. His research interests include Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Circular Economy, Business Analytics and Lean Six Sigma. Authors are requested to submit their Abstract and full-length papers as per instruction given below:
Research papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental, applied and theoretical work or research. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The author’s name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript to facilitate the blind peer review process.

Headings and subheadings must be short and numbered. The primary and sub-headings should be in title-case capitalization first letter of each word in the capital and in bold.
Figures/ diagrams/ graphs preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. The source should be indicated at the bottom. The figures, diagrams and pictures should also be given relevant titles.
Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources.
Tables preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. It’s ‘title’ should be placed above the table and ‘source’ should be indicated at the bottom. Tables should be numbered and referred to in the text as Table 1, Table 2, etc. Tables should not duplicate results in graphs. The minimum amount of descriptive text should be used on graphs and drawings (label curves, points, etc. with single letter symbols). The tables and figures should be clearly visible, readable and monochromatic in nature. Avoid inserting pictures of tables and figures in the manuscript.

All manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer-review and are expected to meet the scientific criteria.
The text should be in English. American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.
All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results no matter the type of research paper you are presenting.
