The changing investment preferences of Generation Z are altering the landscape of options trading. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, is characterized by their tech savvy and entrepreneurial spirit. They strive for financial independence and are drawn to innovative investment strategies. Today, Generation Z understands the importance of investing and developing additional sources of income. Not only are they interested in long-term investing, but they also see the value of quick, high-return opportunities like options trading. Several studies have shown how Generation Z is changing the way people invest, especially when it comes to short-term trading. This research paper aims to examine how options trading influences their investment preferences and changes their attitudes towards finance. This research paper examines the impact of Generation Z on the investment world. It examines the dynamics of this financial shift.
