To further investigate the link between organizational culture and turnover intentions in a sample of university professors, this study looked at the moderating effects of community embeddedness. Over the course of two months, data were gathered from 685 university professors. The study hypotheses were tested using hierarchical regression analysis, CFA, and EFA. The study’s results indicate that turnover intention is negatively impacted by organizational culture. Moreover, organizational culture also significantly interacted with community embeddedness in its link to turnover intention. The current study advances knowledge on the function of community embeddedness in retention intentions. The Results of the investigation will encourage institutions to develop new and intriguing methods for employee retention.
