This research investigates the connection between employee job satisfaction and organizational culture and their effects on the performance of microfinance organizations in Bangladesh. The research employed a self-administered survey utilizing a five-point Likert scale. The information was gathered from 279 middle and senior level executives from Bangladesh’s top fifty microfinance institutions. The hypotheses and relations between the constructs were empirically tested using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The findings imply that employee job satisfaction is positively and significantly connected with organizational culture and performance. The study also reveals that organizational culture substantially impacts organizational performance. However, the indirect connection between employee job satisfaction and organizational performance is mediated by organizational culture. The study’s findings suggest that executives, entrepreneurs, and policymakers should pay attention to employee satisfaction and business culture in addition to boosting productivity and gaining a competitive edge.
