KSFC has contributed significantly for the growth of MSMEs in backward area, along with development and promotion of first generation enterprises. KSFC assisted many Industries that are internationally acknowledged like the INFOSYS and BIOCON and it has maintained top ranking among SFCs in the country.

The article on ‘Perception and Attitude of Customers Towards the Performance of Select Private Banks in Goa’,  captures the customers opinions on Online and branch SoP’s, loan sanctioning & disbursement, cash credit and bank over draft facility, cost of loan and other charges, utility payment services and other indicators. The article details banks and looks present CRM strategies customer perceptions and accessibility of present services of different banks and accordingly. An advice is observed towards revision to meet customers changing expectations of different bank services.

Under the caption ‘Ambient Advertising: Effectiveness of Anti-Smoking advertisement: A Study In North West Karnataka’, we have an article on advertisement “tobacco injurious to health” reaching out the people as information to majority of the people (smokers or otherwise).  The study depicts addicted level to smoking, but he IMPACT and how much more we need to strive towards student community and try reducing smokers population, which may significantly reduce employee community in the coming years.
