Project is a unique work for a specific period of time. The proposed research work has the aim of analysing the impact of Globalisation on project management. A descriptive research methodology is adopted to understand the relationship between project management and Globalisation. Here the aim has been to analyse available information systematically to describe the influence of Globalisation on the planning and execution of international projects. A project manager in the case of a global project needs to look at the peculiarities by way of challenges and risks in order to mitigate them. It may be by way of difference in procedures adopted by the host country or foreign exchange exposure. Hence various methods have been suggested. Another important aspect that needs consideration is the laws which govern the project and contract.
