This study explores jobless growth, which is economic expansion without employment increases. The paper distinguishes jobless growth from economic growth ideas by examining its history. The study covers global unemployment growth in industrialized and developing nations like the U.S., the EU, India, and China. Region-specific case studies are included. Technical advances, globalization, labour market regulation, and industrial structure changes increase unemployment growth, according to this analysis. Economic and social effects include income inequality, poverty, and civil instability. Current policy solutions to unemployed growth are examined and evaluated in the study. Policymakers are advised to take innovative steps like digital skills training and remote employment help. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of addressing unemployment growth for equitable and sustainable economic development.
