Conference Objectives
To disseminatRamachandran International Institute of Management (RIIM), Pune, is one of India’s leading and recognized management institutes. RIIM is Pune’s first Corporate-Style B-School, founded in 2014 under the visionary guidance of Prof. Suraj Sharma, a respected educationist and first-generation entrepreneur. Within the Soft Skills domain, our expert academicians cover a wide range of essential skills that empower students to work effectively in multicultural environments, team-based projects, or leadership roles.;
