CapScore Card: A Tool for Organisational Transformation

Purpose: This paper discusses the application of the CapScore Card tool in an automobile component-manufacturing organisation. Design/Methodology/Approach: The paper highlights the rigorous methodology adopted for developing CapScore Card. Findings: This research reveals the significance of CapScore Card, it measures the extent to which the organisation is adopting the standard practices with regard to their HR function and the level of consensus among its employees. Research Limitations: The main limitation for this study was that it was based on the secondary data. Replicating the research approach with primary data would result to better conclusion. Managerial Implications: The study will provide impetus to the policy makers and HR professional in the area of manufacturing organisations. Originality/Value: This study showcased the original work of the authors and discuss the application of the CapScore Card a tool, in an automobile component-manufacturing organisation.
