Purpose: The study aims to investigate the fiscal reforms in India. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological approach of this research study is descriptive and the data is obtained from various secondary data sources in thematic form. Findings: The study shows that the Progressively reducing the primary deficit, reducing financial sector risks, Improving fiscal management, improving the composition of public expenditures will contribute. Research Limitations: The main limitation for this study is that it is based on limited secondary data. Replicating the research approach with more comprehensive data would result in deriving better conclusion. Managerial Implications: Current policies have helped reduce external vulnerabilities, but they have also kept economic growth below potential-with growing interest payments crowding out public investment and high real interest rates constraining private investment Originality/Value: This study showcased the original work of the authors in the field of Fiscal reforms.
