Management of Self Transformation Through Knowledge and Empowerment

Purpose: The present study is based on the knowledge about the self, its attributes, powers etc. form the first step towards its transformation. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological approach of this research study is descriptive and the data is obtained from various secondary data sources in thematic form. Findings: The application of knowledge of Rajayoga for self-transformation is discussed in this paper. The self-transformation is motivated by the fact that when Karma is performed by the self with perfection, it always brings satisfaction to the self and to the environment including others. To manage the self-transformation, the state of the self needs to be continuously monitored. I fit does not experience contentment while performing an action, it should acquire the knowledge of performing that action in a perfect manner. Research Limitations: The main limitation for this study is that it is based on limited secondary data. Replicating the research approach with more comprehensive data would result in deriving better conclusion. Managerial Implications: The implications for management from this study is that the self-transformation is motivated by the fact that when Karma is performed by the self with perfection. Originality/Value: This study showcased the original work of the authors in the field of Self Transformation in a spiritual way.
