Purpose: This paper based on the Infrastructure Development in India and India’s economic performance in recent years. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research in this project is mainly qualitative. It is based on India’s economic performance in recent years, which has been the best in the world, leading to a decline in poverty. Findings: The paper concludes the financing requirements of infrastructure development are often for terms for exceeding 5 years or even 10 years, India’s Bond market at its present stage of development is unable to provide such long-term funds. Research Limitations: The major limitation of the study is that the only discuss about the Infrastructure development in India conceptually. Managerial Implications: It can be used as the ultimate tool to highlight the key factors of Infrastructure development in India. Originality/Value: This study showcased the original work of the authors in the field of Infrastructural Development in India.
