Purpose:The present study has been conducted to know the teamwork practices and teamwork effectiveness of selected industrial organizations of both public sector and private sector. Design/Methodology/Approach: The secondary data and primary data (generated through structured questionnaire) have been framed. Two different kinds of questionnaires have been used targeted at Teamwork Practices (TP) & Teamwork Effectiveness (TE). Findings: The job should be allotted to the team which gives faster and brighter results. This could be made possible by strengthening the working environment in such a way that the hierarchical bindings among team members would be minimized and on the other hand, trust and cooperation apart from coordination should be strengthened. Research Limitations: The major limitation of the study is that the only managerial employees are covered under the study. Managerial Implications: The implications of the teamwork and synergic efforts are not confined to industrial organisations. It will benefit all the long-standing relationships and trust that prevails in any organisation teams. Originality/Value: This study showcased the original work of the authors in the field of teamwork.
